HealthHub needed a patient portal that made managing health records and appointments simple for all demographics.

Designing a portal that worked for tech-savvy young adults and elderly patients alike.

Solution

We conducted user testing with 3 age groups, designed a simplified dashboard with large touch targets, and added a guided tour for first-time users.

Results

60% reduction in support calls. 45% increase in portal adoption. 4.7 star user satisfaction.
